Although we work on a purely retained basis for a client, we take our responsibilities towards our candidates just as seriously. We guarantee if you are approached by us about an assignment that we are working on that we will:

  • provide you with accurate details of the role and organization ; we will never waste your time if we think the role is not for you although we may ask you to recommend someone you know who may be suitable
  • demonstrate flexibility when arranging appointments to take account of your business and personal commitments
  • proactively follow up on any discussions and meetings and keep you fully engaged during all steps of the process
  • always seek your prior permission before forwarding any of your details to a client
  • facilitate any contractual and salary negotiations between you and a client in a transparent and objective fashion
  • provide a full debriefing after an interview with a client irrespective if you are successful or not
