Phil Grinhaff
Phil trained as an Accountant and spent 9 years working in banking and financial services, before he joined the recruitment industry in 1996. Since then he has worked with some of the World’s leading corporations and high growth SME’s, delivering executive leadership talent on an interim and permanent basis. His sector and functional expertise is broad; he has partnered with companies in most industries, both in the UK and Australia. He has spent the majority of his career working with Finance Professionals, however in recent years he has extended his reach to include more General Management functions including CEO’s, MD’s, IT Directors, HR Directors and other operating board level positions. He instinctively knows what good looks like. Phil’s success and longevity in the recruitment industry is, in part, attributable to his desire to understand what makes people and businesses tick; his ability to build long lasting relationships based on trust, professionalism and a willingness to do what it takes. He simply enjoys working with people and watching them thrive.
