He subsequently held senior positions in Strategic Planning and Marketing with Dalgety and Uniroyal before becoming an Executive Search Consultant with Hoggett Bowers in 1984. Since then he has been Director (Hoggett Bowers), Partner (Stanton Chase International) and since 1992 founder and Managing Director of Osprey Clarke Ltd. |

Goldstone started his career as a management trainee with Airpage Communications and progressed to become Director of Business Development. He entered executive search with HMS Recruitment in 1991 and joined the Harrison Willis Group in 1995 as a Divisional Director. He subsequently moved to Norman Broadbent where he was responsible for business development across Europe. He joined Osprey Clarke in 2001. |

| Marcella Meechan studied at the University of Glasgow and she is a Human Resources professional by background, a CIPD graduate with 15 years generalist experience. She joined Osprey Clarke in October 2004 from Yell Plc where she was the HR Director. Marcella has comprehensive experience of board/senior level executive recruitment and remuneration in multi functional environments. She also specialises in organisational design and executive coaching. Marcella works across functions and sectors for major PLC’s and global multi-national organisations. |

Stein graduated in History from the University of Warwick and was subsequently sponsored by Delta Metal for the Diploma in Personnel Management at the London School of Economics. He has held senior positions in Human Resources with Delta, Scottish & Newcastle Breweries and Motorola. He moved into executive search in 1985 with Hoggett Bowers followed by Albemarle and, since 1996, Director at Osprey Clarke Ltd. |

| Joy Roscoe graduated in English from the University of Exeter and built a career in management, particularly in companies with a need to drive change and expansion. She spent seven years as a Director with the Pera Group, working in the UK and Far East, gaining insight into a variety of industry sectors. In 2001 she established her own executive search firm - Roscoe Associates and acted at board / senior management level for a variety of global organisations as well as conducting due diligence for a number of private equity firms. She joined Osprey Clarke in 2007. |
