    Michael Herst

     

    Michael's career started in accountancy and he progressed to be Head of Finance of a major shipping group. Achievements include taking a staffing group and executive search practice to a full UK stock market flotation, and its subsequent sale to a major US listed group. He conducts senior level search for global corporations, with particular focus on infrastructure, transportation and logistics and the satellite sector. Following three years as Chairman, Michael currently serves as Treasurer of Penrhyn International.     Alison Hann

     

    Alison is Osprey Clarke's Head of Research. She has spent over 20 years in executive search. Her experience covers a wide range of industry sectors including retail, consumer, technology, professional services, legal and financial services. She joined Osprey Clarke in 2010.
    Previously she was a Principal Consultant with KPMG Search & Selection where she specialised in appointing senior executives, particularly Finance Directors, across several sectors.

    With over 20 years search experience Craig has hired many senior managers (CEO’s, CFO’s, Finance Directors, General Managers, COO’s) to locations throughout the Middle Eastern GCC states including Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Oman. Craig has a BA Honours in Politics and Society with modules taken within the University of Exeter’s Institute of Arab & Islamic Studies. The Institute specialises in the study of the languages, cultures, history, politics, societies, and economies of the Middle East, with a strong focus on the study of Islam and the Arab World.     Raglan has extensive board-level experience in Executive Management as a consulting partner in Frost & Sullivan, aczel&co and Mindsheet, developing strategies and solving problems for blue chip companies in Government, Automotive, Financial, Aerospace and Defence. Previously, Raglan was the Group R&D Director of De La Rue plc where he led their product launch programme for the worlds’ largest currency conversion, the Euro. He has 12 years of automotive experience progressing to the Chassis Systems Director of TRW Automotive. He has authored 28 papers and published 15 patents and was a pioneer in the field of autonomous vehicles.
