Marcella Meechan heads
up our Human Resources Search Practice. Marcella has over
15 years experience as a HR Professional and as the ex-HR
Director of Yell Plc, a FTSE 100 company, she has first
hand, comprehensive experience of the HR function and of
the commercial challenges facing the new breed of HR professional.
On joining Osprey Clarke
in October 2004, Marcella worked on a wide range of generalist
assignments across sectors and functions. As a result,
Marcella now successfully combines her insight of the HR
function and marketplace with her abilities as a highly
skilled search consultant.
Marcella is a firm believer
in the value of diversity to an organisation and one of
her reasons for joining the search industry was to reinforce
her commitment to finding and promoting talent across the
broadest spectrum.
She handles assignments
across sectors for HR Directors as well as senior HR specialists
in areas such as Reward, Organisational Design, Talent
Management and Employee Engagement.
As well as carrying
out search activity, Marcella also advises on the “right
fit” HR for an organisation and on executive coaching
for senior professionals.
