Our aim is to develop an extremely close involvement with a client. We are not a transactional firm – we prefer to work towards developing a long term partnership where we become trusted advisors on talent management and can act as a brand ambassador for our clients in the market.
Original research
Research is the most crucial and absorbing element in the entire process. Our fundamental approach is to challenge current assumptions, conventions and myths, in arriving at a solution of real value to a client.

We work on a limited number of searches at any one time, thereby ensuring that each assignment receives a higher intellectual and creative input from the consultant than is normally possible in a larger practice where volume must be the driving factor.
Unrestricted
search ability
We avoid a conflict of interest between volume and ethics by controlling the growth of our client base. This conflict - usually referred to as the 'off-limits' problem - is one which we assiduously seek to avoid.
